The Gulf Coast Lacrosse Association GCLA (www.angelfire.com/tx2/gcla/ ) has expanded to the Clear Lake area!
The GCLA is an 18 and over men’s club lacrosse association designed to allow players to continue playing lacrosse without the sacrifices of intensive practice schedules or long travel.
Space City Lacrosse Club is centered in the Clear Lake/Friendswood area with home games and practices at Friendswood High School. We are currently recruiting players with all levels of experience, or none. Current players range from having zero experience to former NCAA Division I players.
Practices are on weekends only, usually only one practice or game per week during the regular season.
The GCLA season runs each weekend from January through April. The team will also stay together to play summer scrimmages and possibly indoor lacrosse.
